A Rolex Explorer II ref:1655 Mk2 from 1975

Otherwise known as the Freccione or Steve McQueen, these are just full of character. Again, I searched for a while for this and actually came back to one I’d found a year earlier, still sat in a safe. Not that full sets are a necessity for me, but this one did happen to come this way, along with the original purchase receipt.

Apart from a vintage service crystal, this piece is all original and came to me very nicely looked after. I still haven’t yet worked out how to tell the time on it however!!
