Terms of Sale, Shipping & Returns

  • Watches are generally shipped via Royal Mail Special Delivery in the UK, and insured up to the correct value. Tracking will be provided and a signature is always required. Shipments will usually be processed within 2 business days, unless otherwise stated. If shipments are missed after three attempts, extra charges will be incurred.

  • Watches shipped abroad are generally shipped via FedEx International Priority.

  • By prior arrangement only, they can also be collected in person from my business premises, Tuesday-Saturday, 10.30-16.00. Watches are kept off-site.

  • All watches are guaranteed to be original, but may have service/replacement parts, as described to the best of my knowledge in the descriptions.

  • Purchases may be cancelled for any reason, as long as the items haven’t shipped. Once items have shipped, they cannot be cancelled or refunded, unless they are not as described.

  • Please look at all the pictures and read the descriptions of all watches of interest, carefully, as they form part of the sale. Every watch sold will have a different level of aftersales warranty and some, none at all. Watches have not necessarily been serviced.
