'Exactus' 18k Solid Rose Gold Chronograph

'Exactus' 18k Solid Rose Gold Chronograph with Londeron Cal.

This is a classic, 1950's vintage, solid 18k Rose Gold 'Exactus' watch, with a manually wound Landeron calibre chronograph.

The markings on the top of the dial show 'Exactus Chronographe', and at the bottom, 'Antimagnetic 17 rubis'. At the very base of the dial, there is a 'Swiss Made' marking.

Condition:-

The dial is original and has aged gracefully, with a slight patina having developed over time, with the red seconds hand and outer dial ring adding interest. Its raised golden markers are fully intact, and the hands in the same gold are also in lovely condition and are original to the watch. The plexiglass is also in nice, undamaged condition.

The solid 18k rose gold case is in good, vintage condition, with hallmarks and case numbers all clear and present. Obviously, with a piece like this, there are some marks and scratches which are commensurate with age

This an honest example of an original watch, albeit on an aftermarket leather strap.

Movement:-

The manual wind Londeron movement is running well and the chronograph complication functioning as it should do.
