A vintage Rolex Oyster 6635 stretch riveted 19mm steel bracelet, with 57 end links produced in the 2nd quarter of 1964.
Overview:-
This sprung/stretch bracelet reference was produced for comfort, from the 1950's through to the 1970's, albeit with slight differences. This one, with its no.57 end links is designed for the slightly thicker cases. It will fit on most vintage 34mm Rolex and Tudor models with a 19mm lug width. These could be Daytona's, Date, and Precision references such as 6239, 6263, 6694, 6426, 150o, to name a few.
Condition:-
Overall, this bracelet is in very nice condition. The big crown clasp shuts firmly and securely and although slightly marked, is in tidy condition. The Rolex crown is still nicely defined and all the stamping on the blades, including the manufacture year, is nice and clear.
As far as the links are concerned, they are lightly marked but are still in very nice condition. Importantly, the springs are all working perfectly and are still pulling together with great tension. Most of these bracelets for sale have lost their springiness and are not always easy to repair, due to the internal springs being obsolete. This one is ready to use.
The no. 57 end links are also clearly stamped and are looking nice.
Further Details:-
I guarantee the authenticity of this bracelet.
